Twin Cities Blind Audio Darts League membership meeting, January 10, 2022 The meeting was called to order at 6:31 PM by president Chris Petersen. Members from all teams were present. Chris received calls from many individuals expressing concerns regarding the upsurge in Covid and issues with Metro Mobility limiting trips for non-essential travel. Chris opened the discussion to attendees to discuss their concerns. After everyone who wished to had the opportunity to speak it was voted on to pause the season until at least March 1st. We will hold a meeting on February 22nd If we can proceed we will complete round four and Annie will provide options for revising the schedule for the rest of the season. We will avoid having four teams playing at Eagles, and have only the person darting standing by the board. We will hold a board meeting to discuss how to pay out prize money. There are some players not receiving darts emails, Chris will update the email list. The carpets was replaced on two of the boards. The front board at Eagles may need repairs. The meeting was adjourned at 7:14 PM.
