Twin Cities Blind Dart League Board meeting Tuesday, March 24, 2020 The meeting was held via conference call. It was called to order by president Therese Dahlbrg at 7:14 PM. All officers and board members were present. 2020 season: due to the closure of our venues because of Covid 19 we are unable to complete the season. After discussion a motion was made by Chris and seconded by Jordan that we end the season with round four, the motion carried. Ian will check to see if any of the round five games can count as makeup games if they are needed to complete round four. If anyone has paid dues for March they will be refunded accordingly. Ian has checked and the league will be able to use games from round 5 for their teams make up games. Banquet: A motion was made by Brian and seconded by Ian to table the decision about holding the banquet until the end of April. If we can't hold the banquet in May an end of the summer preseason banquet is a possibility. Also we can send people money through the mail. Or waited until the banquet. Elections: We will hold the elections at the banquet. Anyone interested should let someone on the Board know. Sounds like the banquet will probably be held late summer. All current Board positions will continue through the summer. future of the league: Therese discussed changing the structure of the league to have only a manager, secretary, treasurer, and statistician. It was determined that this needed to be discussed as a bylaw at the end of the summer board meeting.
