Twin Cities Blind Audio Dart League Phone Board meeting May 9th 2017 Phil called to order at 8:00pm, board members present Catalina, Gary, Dan, Colleen, Barb, and Gail Went over roles of each board member Talk about getting boards maintained. Spoke with Memory Lanes; Merlins and VFW all are welcoming us back Will talk to both guys at Eagles and will keep bugging them over the summer Talked about having day tournament at VFW. Catalina made a motion to decide by October 1st if we are going to have a yearly tournament, seconded by Gary motion passed. Phil tentatively has the board and general meetings august 27th from 11:30am to 2:00pm at eagles Barb tentatively has captain's rep meeting July 15th, as long as venues have room. Barb wants team rosters turned into her by July 15th.
